quite a lot happened these 2 days
first I got a job! starting in august I will be interning at DP architect. I realise I already shared about this like 2 months ago but it was only in friday that I confirmed my position with an interview with my future boss.
But seriously Friday was like God repeating "stop worrying and trust in me" to me over and over again. Actually I spent most of Thursday night trying to concentrating on my work but instead worrying about the interview. The main reason wasnt that I won't get the job, it was mainly because I suddenly realised if I don't get it I would have no valid reason to stay in Singapore for Sonic Fest --__-- ; ..... and would probably get lectured to death by any number of Sonic Edge leaders about not planning ahead with intention or something
On the day itself and on the way to the office, I just prayed "yeh God, listen I'm just going to leave this to you, do whatever you want". Well to cut a long story short and to save some sharing for cell next week, it was probably the perfect job interview...seriously like "Hi Shawn nice to meet you, I'm your future boss, I like your work welcome aboard and see you in August". I walked out of the place kind of dazed.....then proceed to just smile my way back home and go and watch Ray that night instead of doing work .....haha guess my Lost in Singapolation adventure just secured a sequel praise God.
Today at church a truly inspirational pastor by the name of Michael Ross Watson came to speak. You know when God's Spirit is working through a person when the story of his own life is enough to make a person devote his life to Christ. An englishman who was basically enprisoned in his room from age 3 - 16 in a family who doesn't want him , Mr Watson basically stumbled onto God looking for a game of billiard. The truly awesome thing about this guy is that he is as funny as anything and despite being 50+ years old, can still kick it with 500+ youth who laughed when he laughed and burst into tears when he shared how he chose to follow Jesus when he was given the choice to give up God or be disowned by his stepfather. Truly a testimony that can change lives and hopefully my life will be such a good testimony.
In other news here are some photos i found on my hard drive. I think I took them while walking home from studio, quite emo haha...

oh and here's a timewaster, I recently found a slightly weird but addictive game called nanaca crash!, basically you just try and smash this guy as far as you can with your bike... hehe I got a pretty awesome record of 14000 metres (yes I am quite pathetic sometimes...) but before you judge me try and best me! Muhaahaha
